PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We were instructed to carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report within a Secondary School which specialises in working with pupils who have social, emotional and mental health difficulties. 

The inspection highlighted many failures, the most crucial being the need to upgrade all the distribution boards to ensure standards of 18th edition of the Wiring Regulations are met throughout the school. Below are some before and after images showing an example of these works.

More to this, we replaced various damaged accessories which failed the initial inspection and were causing potential risk to all. Various other remedial works carried out whilst on site allowed us to walk away from the premises knowing that the school and all students, staff and visitors have a satisfactory electrical installation which now complied to current regulations. 

Due to such succession, we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a much larger project to be undertaken at Batchwood School. These works will compromise of installing all new electrical supplies to fan convector heaters throughout the premises. We look forward to continually developing this working relationship with G&D Higgins and Batchwood School.
