PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A complete mechanical and electrical package was carried out here to convert an existing 20 room hotel to sheltered accommodation. Works undertaken included:

- Heating and ventilation 

- Domestic hot and cold water

- Complete electrical install

- Full Paxton access control system

- CCTV

- Fire alarm

- Lightning protection
