PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Works started with the installation of all electrics for the site set-up and hoist supply. Simultaneously, our testing team carried out full EICRs on all existing electrics within the blocks. This allowed us to then complete electrical works for 20 individual blocks within St. Johns Wood. This comprised of internal and external emergency lighting and installation of microwave sensors throughout. We carried out an upgrade of all landlords power, as well as installed new power in all intake rooms. Moreover, we also fitted new kitchen and bathroom fans throughout individual properties within the blocks.
