This project involved a full mechanical and electrical refurbishment of an adult learning centre in Brent. Works included:

Mechanical

- Heating and cooling via air conditioning

- All MVHR throughout building

- Domestic cold water

- Above ground drainage

- Point of use hot water taps

Electrical

- Full electrical install

- Fire alarm

- Access control

- Intruder alarm

- Data installation
